What the Campus is
The campus unites the sporting identity of the Youth Academy with the Foundation's integral support and a technology layer of scouting, video and AI. The goal is simple: no serious talent should stay invisible for living far away, having no contact or not knowing where to send their video.
Training, competition, position, decision-making, intensity and adaptation to the Cerro Porteño model. The focus is developing players who compete.
Educational, family, nutritional and human support so the player can sustain the process. The person sustains the footballer.
AI Systems
Cerro Porteño already works with video, scouting, Player360, metrics, reports and AI agents. This landing opens the public channel so that system also looks at talent that has not reached the club yet.
Sending a video does not guarantee a trial. It guarantees a clear, orderly door with responsible evaluation.
Methodology
No report rests on a single view. We cross technical, tactical, physical and contextual evidence before defining a trial plan.
Control, passing, dribbling, striking, body shape and problem-solving under pressure.
Game reading, positioning, support, pressing, cover and decision-making with and without the ball.
We sort clips, detect actions, compare metrics and build an objective radar by age group.
Age, category, maturation, speed, power, endurance and medical history.
Family, home club, city, school, availability and conditions to sustain the process.
When the material merits it, we define an interview, on-pitch observation and who is responsible at each stage.
Step by step
From the moment the video arrives to the follow-up: every case has a clear path and a defined owner.
The player, the family or the club upload the material through the official channel.
We validate data, age group, position and the quality of the material received.
Video + AI sort the actions and build the profile compared by age group.
We coordinate the next steps with the family and the home club.

Report, feedback and development plan with periodic review.
High performance
Fifteen hectares devoted entirely to development: training pitches, health, nutrition and rehabilitation blocks, gym, and the Azulgrana Róga residence, where youth players find a home, schooling and meals.
